王晓红,1998年毕业于清华大学精密仪器与机械学系,获工学博士学位。1998-2000年在清华大学微电子学研究所从事博士后研究,于2000年出站留校任副教授。2005 年11月-2006年10月,在美国Stanford大学机械系做访问学者,从事SOFC阳极催化电极热稳定性的研究。2006年11月-2007年3月在UCLA电子工程系任副研究员,从事纳米光探测器研究。现为IEEE会员,Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering,Sensors and Actuators A,Journal of Energy & Fuels,及半导体学报等应邀审稿人,IEEE MEMS2009 Conference Technical Program Committee member。

主要研究方向:微机电系统(MEMS)、微型能源系统(Power MEMS)负责课程:2005年起负责讲授本科生“MEMS与微系统“课程

先后获得国家技术发明二等奖1项、北京市科学技术进步二等奖1项、第八届中国专利优秀奖各 1 项。获得国家发明专利授权 4 项,受理 2 项。

主要研究项目:
1. 国家自然科学基金(SOC重大计划)面上项目2项(负责人,分别于2006年,2008年结题);
2. 国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题:“复合换能微型电源机理与极低功耗电路研究”(子课题负责人,2009,01-2013,08);
3. 国家863计划课题:硅基质子交换膜及微型直接甲醇燃料电池系统(负责人,2009,01-2010,12);
4. 传感技术联合国家重点实验室基金:硅基直接甲醇燃料电池阴极水管理研究(负责人,2008,12-2011,12)。
